Lately my daughter pointed out to me that I have developed a negative opinion of males in general. I have a reason that is difficult for me to explain, but I know where it is rooted. Because of personal experience and long term submersion in our Community, I look at males who consider themselves Dominants VERY closely...

Now with where I am at in life I am looking around at the Vanilla world to see how the males who appear alpha in it use their dominance differently from those who proclaim their title as if it is some GodGivenRight and not a skill/talent built through interaction/experience/development...In the Vanilla world there are men who just are and may never ever define themselves as in the way We do.

Example [and inspiration for this writing]...As many of you consistant readers may remember, I have a crazy weakness for reality TV on VH1. I swear its the glitzy stripper part of my soul! This morning I was watching "My Antonio" while no one else was home to whine about it being on the TV.

This Antonio has the Dom sparkle in his eye. For him it appears to be driven by transparency in some ways and growth in others. When the ladies really put their guard down he is supportive and attentive to details plus aftermath. I have to admit I am a little impressed by how he has challenged them and encouraged them to push harder.

I also see a pattern in the hows and whys of his vetting process. When a woman is too Dominant, he cuts her away. There was one near the beginning who was very athletic and brash. Her mouth got her tossed out.

He viewed this one girl's sexual aggressiveness as "needy" today. She really pounced him with a poor choice of attack warning words and it turned him off. Had she played him into her, he would have totally dug it more. It's quite clear that he wants to decide when the kisses are going to be given out.

He doesn't seem into the Daddy angle. He sent the youngest ones home just based on age twice that I've seen. He does recognize the woman has to have some life experience to be compatable to him. Maybe because he has already been married to an older woman when he was 18 and she was 28.

She's competing too. This is where you see the recognition of the Dominant he can be. She's sat kneeling at his feet, kissing his fingers and the other girls didn't get it! I soooooo could see the body play in the scenario. He looked like a fucking shiek in the middle of the harem. It was fucking delicious!! When the brash bitch that went home called him out on it being 'disgusting', his response was something like, "Have you never kissed the fingers of someone you love?" with a look in his eyes that read ~ how sad for you. I died.

Anyhow, she is proof that he also doesn't want to step into the role of "knight in shining armor". When she talks to him she has figured out that if she's whiney it turns him off, but if she acts like she is honestly putting her guard down and being as transparent as possible then he responds warmly. He is definately not into cleaning up any "hot messes".

The hot redhead that almost went home today is a fine example of one of those. While the Playboy girl is smoking hot, she is vocal and tempermental. The levelheaded girls don't get why he won't just cut her, as they all have seen her evil side up close, but it's all about the drama magnet element that makes good TV. I think she's getting obnoxious when at first she was one of my favorites. I think he's not wanting to have to train her or control that insanity and will cut her soon.

The ones who are the most real seem to know to sit back and just hang. The two blondes who have normal lives are making progress just by not being loony. I do love the elemination game. It's like beauty contests - am getting really good at figuring out what choices the producers will make before they happen.

The little girl he sent home today was too normal. They used the age excuse, but she was doomed from the start. Poor girl had grown up with his photos all over her locker and such. Star struck she was hindered at the start. On her date she really couldn't outshine the hot red head's sexual energy. It was sad to watch. You could almost see his brain imprinting, "Just friends" across her forehead.

Next week he is really going to call them out as a group to do blind submission/faith acts to 'prove their commitment to competing for him'. Those women have to walk across burning coals. [They're in Hawaii]. So far he's taken them on dates where they have to ride in helicopters [and jump out into the water], ride on ZipLines into the jungle and other crazy physical fear related activities. Each girl has just tossed their fears to the wind because they want 'adventure'. Fucking crazy! I don't think I would do it.

I am betting the first one to walk the fire will be the ex-wife. She's the only one who really has the clear understanding of his darker side. The side so many of us sit on too.
